Our Story
"Hwa Gae Jang Tuh" is a traditional marketplace between two towns in premodern Korea. It was a place where people from different communities gathered together to share goods, stories, and meals. In the same spirit, our restaurant serves as a meeting place for diverse communities to enjoy authentic Korean cuisine.
Located at 2104 Veirs Mill Road in Rockville, Maryland, we have been serving the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area with the finest Korean BBQ and traditional dishes.
