Story About "Toshisal or Marinated Toshisal"
Toshisal is the creme de la creme of KBBQ. As one of the finest cuts of meat, toshisal is marinated steak beef that is grilled and eaten with a tablewide offerings of Korean rice and banchans. Toshisal is a supreme quality cut of beef with flavors that get richer and deeper with each chew as well as marbling that make it soft and tender. We recommend making a ssam, which means you wrap rice, meat, ssamjang, and whatever banchan of your choice in a piece of lettuce so that you get a mouthful of savory deliciousness.
