Galbi Dolsot Bibimbap is a Korean hot stone pot bibimbap with marinated prime short ribs, a colorful assortment of vegetables including mushrooms, carrots, bean sprouts, and spinach, and fried egg served over rice with gochujang, a traditional Korean condiment that is spicy, sweet, and savory. The dish comes in a hot stone pot to keep all of the delicious goodness inside sizzling and warm throughout your meal. Be careful not to touch it because it is very hot. We recommend first popping the egg and mixing all of the rice, vegetables, and condiment together. This will give each spoonful plenty of texture and flavor. Bibim means to mix in Korean after all!
