Our story of Bossam

One of the best ways to enjoy pork is in a bossam. Thinly sliced pieces of belly pork is cooked to perfection in our special seasoned broth to have just the right tender texture and taste. Just place the meat on a piece of vegetable to start making your own ssam or wrap. You can customize the choice of toppings to your liking. We recommend having it with spicy radish salad and our house ssamjang to get a mouthful of flavors that compliment each other. It’s crunchy, savory, and just plain old delicious goodness!
